Pumping Iron



Physical fitness isn't just for "kids". We've been pumpin' iron three times a week since January 1, 2008 - taking a few weeks out for Texas trips and a Caribbean Cruise. We do 11 machines (well, I do 11, Charlie does 10). Notice the muscles move in my forearms when I do the rowing machine. I had no visable (or probably invisable) muscles before we started this. I find it totally awsome that I'm starting this after 65! The other four days of the week we do cardio - Charlie does the bicycle and I do the treadmill. It's amazing how regular exercise makes everything work better. I have so much more stamina than I did before.
